The raws said the realm was beyond the laws of physics, but the official translation says it is beyond the physical world in the sense of matter probably. In any case, Mash will get non-physical interaction with good quality

Lévis Rosequartz is a character and major antagonist of Mashle: Magic and Muscles' Tri-Magic-Athalon Divine Visionary Final Exam Arc, as well as a Divine Visionary candidate from Walkis Magic Academy.
The Bureau Chief's Son, Lévis was given the most thorough education from the best teachers along with his twin brother, practically destined to earn a top spot in the world, taught to use whatever means to maintain their position as the very best. However, with every failure to be anything less than the absolute best, Lévis was subjected to constant punishment, all due to his twin brother being the superior between the two. With every scar deepening his hatred for his superior twin, Lévis obsessed over how he could beat him, to avoid the pain, but after a time the tables would turn, with his twin recieving the punishments once reserved for him. While his twin played it off as Lévis being the stronger of the two, Levi's knew that his twin lost for his sake, with his twins health soon deteriorating. Lévis was too afraid to stand up to his father, thinking that he was weak, and now uses any means necessary to stand at the top, any means necessary to not lose.
His personal magic is Magnets, while his second wand allows him to use Lightning.

I doubt that Mash was using his Full Power against IZ at first. After defeating Doom it was said that he was still holding back, so Hajime probably will make a special scene to when Mash use his 100%
