I'm not the best at explanations, but for Mash, he is skilled enough to come up with ways to counter his opponents, like how he folded the floor the prevent a speedster from moving, or that time where he covered his opponents fingers with tartar sauce to nullify the noise they made by snapping, which was how they traveled through sound. Taking this one step further, after he sees an attack once or twice, it basically won't work on him again.

In terms of Haki stuff, better message LIFE_OF_KING to get more information about Mash.

As far as I can see Mash has the advantage in AP, LS, agility, mobility, stamina, skill and amplifiers

Haki is not invincible, it cannot magically avoid attacks that have massive boost speed. But I will wait a bit before voting
