That's calc stacking, we just scale them to the speed of the attack. I dunno for the other one.

Pretty sure you can calc someone reacting to another explosion if the feat happened in the same scene
Similar reason why iron spider reacting to meteorit was calced

I'm probaby reaching here but would this count as reactions? Captain Carter and the others were able to move and guard themselves before the explosion hit them.

I think this makes sense, it would also be consistent considering that the Guardians of the Multiverse were able to react to Ultron's attacks numerous times, which technically would be as fast as the galactic explosion.

By the way, I fixed Thanos' profile. Now the only thing left should be to add the links to Infinity Ultron's profile in Strange Supreme page.

The point is Ultron is capable of keeping up with these amped characters, amped characters reacted to his MFTL+ attack, therefore Ultron scales to MFTL+

As said before it was simply decided against a key for them being amped by strange and im pretty sure that was decided in the draft thread before going into this

I am neutral regarding the amped keys. I don't think they are necessary, but if everyone else agrees we can make them.

From what I recall, somebody already gave all of the relevant character profile pages "At least Low 2-C" spell amplification keys yesterday. Somebody else should probably remove them then.

Probably because the power-ups were so brief that they were insignificant.
