In Captain America: Civil War, War Machine gets hit by a tanker truck and survives the resulting explosion. According to this, that would be a Multi-City Block level feat, unless I'm missing something.

If the feat does upgrade War Machine, this should scale to others around his his power level, such as Iron Ma from Mark 6 onwards. It would also mean that Thor and others scaled to him might have to be changed to something like "At least Multi-City Block level, possibly higher", as Thor was easily able to damage Iron Man with his bare hands, and the Vision, who is scaled from Thor, critically damaged War Machine with a grazing shot.

I could've sworn it was a gasoline tanker and he thought it was a water tanker (he apologized about it)

Watches later in the video* Oh, huh, so it was. Well if the calc itself gets accepted and we factor in human surface area it comes out to City Block level+ (It's a rather small truck so it would likely be the low-end rather than the high-end).

Mkay, so yeah considering it was a rather small truck (Using the low-end) and factoring in human surface area it comes out to City Block level+.

Looked at the clip and it looks like the the truck exploded when it hit the ground like a meter away from War Machine, not when it hit War Machine itself. The full calc shouldn't apply.

By the clock , Rhody fell for 26 seconds . So , using the formula ut + 1/2 at^2 , we get ,

s = 3,328.4 m

But , that is pointless so , let us calculate the K E of the armour just before hitting the ground ,

The visual effects supervisor said that Iron Man's suit weighs 600-800 lb and so Rhode's suit weighs about that much , let us take it's mean which is 700lb . Now, Don Cheadle weighs 163 lb . So , War Machines's weight = 863 lb which is 391.45 kg So , KE = 12,707,062 joules

That is Wall level durability but we also have to remember the suit wasn't damaged at all but rather Rhodey had no cushion so he got paralyzed

At least Wall level War Machine is a downgrade. Let's stick with the "water truck" for now I guess, if there is a way to calculate how much he took. Else, no upgrades.
