Good what about the pure hearts page or you admin are added them to mario and making a page for it

I am too tired. You can create a page for the Pure Hearts if you wish. You can ask Azathoth about if he wants to add their srttistics to Mario's page or create a separate page for Paper Mario.

Also shouldn't his striking strength be higher since he defeated bowser in SMG1 and 2 who could gradually destroyed the universe

Well, creating a black hole is more of a hax than physical power, so it does not translate well, and the "galaxies" in question do seem awfully small.

It's a separate item that he rarely has access to. At most, it should be noted that he sometimes has it under his equipment.

the same could be said for sonics case who has even less access to the world rings

yet he has it on his page and it raises his tier. I say just let the admin add it to Mario tier with a link to the pure hearts page as to avoid any issues.
