Same as previous, in addition to Immortality (Type 1. Lived for over 200 years in the Underworld alongside Asuna. Should be comparable to Quinella, as Star King Kirito and Star Queen Asuna cracked all of the secrets that Quinella had discovered in her lifetime). Should also have all of Quinella's abilities (And most likely to a higher level of them), as he grew stronger within those 200 years while Quinella remained stagnant, having rediscovered and cracked all of Quinella's secrets to reforge the Underworld.

Also, Quinella's level of Intelligence sounds like Supergenius (Supergenius: The highest level of non-omniscient intellect, possessed by those individuals with unfathomably superhuman intelligence and usually extensive mastery of most, or all, branches of science. Characters of such a scale tend to be super scientists capable of creating impossibly advanced physics-defying and reality-warping fantasy technology even with just household items, and outsmarting even other extremely intelligent individuals. Supergeniuses can often easily process calculations beyond modern humanity's combined capabilities on their own, and quickly come up with extremely complex plans.)

Wait. Kirito can copy this and use Mario's own powers and techniques against him. Power Mimicry (Can peer into an opponent's Fluctlight, or soul, and use any technique they've learned ever since they were alive, even if the opponent completely forgot about the technique. Because the Administrator peered into Kirito's Fluctlight, she is able to use everything he's learned and experienced, even those he had forgotten)
 
wait this kinda look like a stomp because funny fate would make kirito to do dumb things like go melee and instantly get one shotted
 
Mario fate hax is a really powerful ability but it doesn't make him instawin just by being there
As we can see through the games Mario always has an adventure and not just completely wins the first time he's there, just sees the RPGs for example
So Kirito has some impressive abilities like Mind Hax and his Reality/Probability passives (Albeit they would probably cancel with Mario fate hax but whatevs)
So I'm voting on Kirito since he would have more chance then mario

First off he only has 1, 2, and 3 for immortalities in this key.


Second what wincon does Kirito have. Mario's fax hax prevents his death or permanent incap. This is while basically none of Mario hax are resisted in return and incon is not an option as that prevents Mario from saving peach.

And as I said Fate Hax doesn't just work instantly and make Mario wins, it also doesn't just negate everything, that would be NLF if Kirito can do anything to, for example, Incapacitate Mario, then the latter wouldn't be able to do much also Mario Fate hax would cancel with Kirito Probability, higher range, and more incapacitating hax, heck, Kirito could just turn Mario into a Fetus and it was GG
Mario on the other hand doesn't resist all of Kiritos has, Mind Manipulation for example is pretty much enough for the Former to be incapacitated and Mario wouldnt be able to do a thing

Correct it doesn't. It prevents the idea from existing even subconsciously.

He doesn't need to. That requires him choosing to do it, and actually getting close enough to touch and survive.
