Anyways, Kirito starts off not by attacking, but by analyzing his foe. He gathers info on the fly and usually starts off light to bait out anything that he can use to his advantage, then strikes with heavy force to punish.
 
Mario then likely runs up to him, punchs and the resulting shockwave vaporizes everything on earth but Mario.

... Probability Manipulation (If an Incarnation user truly believes that they are weaker than their foe, even subconsciously, reality will be rewritten to ensure their defeat (and vice versa). If both sides are both completely confident in a battle, it will be a battle to see who's mental willpower is stronger than the other). Also, I believe Immortality Type 3 can save him from that.

Whenever he and/or his allies are in danger
Or whenever he tries to save the day
 
Actually, Kirito can age Mario to like less than an year old like how he reversed the age of two fully grown dragons from a distance back to when they were just eggs within seconds

Actually, Kirito can use Age Manipulation to bait Mario. When Mario is focusing to break out of Age Manipulation, Kirito starts chanting to manipulate and destroy Mario's Fluctlight, which is a person's soul, even from a distance (This is from him cracking all of the secrets that Quinella had discovered in her lifetime).
 
He doesn't need to break out of being a baby that is ridiculous plus he doesn't resist in the first place to go back to normal if that is what you're saying.

Would he keep his confidence when Mario misses a punch and would vaporize him along with the planet if he's not lucky also would SBA mean Mario is now a Incarnate.

In his early days as ruler, he was able to reunite and reforge all of Caldina back to its former glory, reinstating planetary peace. After finishing up the last of his home planet, Kirito turned his attention to the vastness of Outer Space and developed interstellar-capable starships, colonized other planets, set up star ports, space stations, space military divisions, and an interstellar travel route, becoming the cosmic emperor of the (now interstellar) Human Empire, gaining the title "Star King".

This sounds more like genius or gifted than average to me
 
Actually, Mario has thought based perception manipulation, which is something Kirito doesn't resist. So he does that and seals kirito, but that's just a wincon I can think of
 
Infact I am pretty sure we have bowser's first move with power stars as sealing which Mario can't get past yet bowser doesn't because Mario's fate hax. So he just fate hax away sword kids hopes and dreams.
