I think I will give this to the Marauder, he has both the AP and speed advantages. Chief's Spartan Laser would help but it has a 5 second recharge time. Marauder also has type 2 Immortality which means he can tank a lot of hits as well.

The Marauder's summon spam and stat boosts as well as how fast he can pull his damn shield up is gonna make it damn near impossible for Chief to win unless he gets either someone to help him or he gets his stronger weapons because the Spartan Laser is way too slow. It also doesn't help that the Marauder has infinite stamina and Immortality type 2.

He still gets overwhelmed by the sheer amount of summons and amps at the Marauder's disposal alongside his Immortality, limitless stamina and that ******* shield. Also, I don't think Chief's armor can survive the sheer heat of the Marauder's Argent energy. That stuff is ridiculously hot even by plasma standards from what I remember.
