Miyuki could probably erase Emnn from existence using the smartphone, by "updating" the game (reality), she also has Clairvoyance by viewing the script, which would likely help her know Emnn's next move, however, I don't think any of her stuff affects Abstract Existence. How does Emnn's Type 8 work btw?

I don’t think Miyuki is really evil (at least I don’t think she is.) she’s just really insane, so EE could probably work. However it does take some time to do anything from what I remember, she also has Plot Manipulation which could help her out as well.

Though with bloodlust, I can get him to instantly use his Death or Time Manip, or Reality Warping

Hmmmm, with Bloodlust, I think it depends on who uses their stuff first. So I think that would be inconclusive.

Without bloodlust, Miyuki could probably win with the things mentioned before.
