Major SCP-3000 downgrade

Scp-3000 is stated as island to small country level due to being 600-900 kilometers long.

However it's not actually that wide, which means it's total volume will be no where near that of a country.

Really it should have a much lower rating.

That's not an argument. It's only going to weigh somewhere in the millions of tons. That's not "country level by size."

It makes no sense.

Size =/= mass.

The Queen-Beast from Drakengard is building-sized but weighs literally nothing.

There is ZERO reason to have SCP-3000 as Country level. It's volume if probably less then a cubic kilometer.

It has no feats that would put it anywhere hear there either.

Size and mass totally correlates tho @Ever

You're just putting a very rare example of a character being war too light for their size

Gotta agree here, if its tier is dependent on its size but it actually lacks the size needed to perform the destruction needed for its tier than it should be changed.

If it's that length but is as thin as a strand of spaghetti it kinda nulls the length a bit
Its not though, its proportional to an eel of that size

That's a bit fairer then.

Island seems fair, small country not sure.

I could scale up an electric eel to that length and derive a mass from that.

" The head of SCP-3000 measures roughly 2.5m in diameter, and sections of the body proper are as large as 10m in diameter."

absolutely not.

If we assume maximum possible size, then it would have a volume of 900000m*(5m)^2*pi=7.07E7m^3. Assuming it's as dense as water this gives us a mas of 7.07E10kg.
And this being generous.

"SCP-3000 is typically a sedentary creature, only moving its head in response to certain stimuli or during feeding. The majority of its body is located in and around the Ganges Fa1, and rarely moves at all."

Yep citybock level tops, and that's being generous.

You...do know that IS proportional to a giant moray eel of that size right?

And like Ever said, weight alone =/= AP

It's NOT PROORTIONAL.

" The head of SCP-3000 measures roughly 2.5m in diameter, and sections of the body proper are as large as 10m in diameter."

Direct quote.

I think we can use the official image to clac the size of 3000.

Gaslight

I don't think we can, there's nothing to scale off of and we can't see the entire length.

Average human height. Find out how big 3000's head is and scale porportionately to a moray eel.

It's size is already stated.

" The head of SCP-3000 measures roughly 2.5m in diameter,"

That roughly matches up with what we see in the picture.

It's also stated to be 600-900 kilometers long.
