Being unaffected by space and time, even taken as literally as possible, isn't 1-A.

In fact, even being adimensional proper isn't necessarily 1-A in the new system, as weird as that might sound to some people. There are plenty of examples of characters with inapplicable dimensionality, yet only multiversal or lower applicable power in fiction.
