Gonna give possible reactions from han.

He puts on ring of detection, detects strange, boosts his eyesight and tries to observe. It likely works (Level depends on stats, not skills) and gives himinfo on stranges physicial and mental abilities, as well as some of the skills he uses most and possibly his equipment.

At this points he could do many things:

-Try to flock him with golems and stay back and watch, getting knowlege of the fact that he can oneshot them. And plan further

-Try to use magical shackles to seal away magic and fail miserably, possibly getting oneshot.

-Speed amp, activate anti magic barrier, nulling teleportation, flight and his own magic. He could get fast enough to possibly get a shot in before being oneshot.

- Summon some or all elemental summons, air might cach strange of guard, all the others would likely be noticed and countered accordingly.

-Wait for strange to attack him while using buffs

Given that these are their most recent versions, Han would be very likely to, as usual, start off with his arrows and summons, likely Sylph or Gnome, to try to determine his opponent's weaknesses. The only reason he's had to even develop this strategy, is because The Church of Masks are all resistant to information analysis. Since Strange isn't, Han would get a nice read of his abilities. Strange's level would likely be ???, meaning that he's vastly stronger than anyone he's ever encountered. Magic nullification doesn't seem to work on those obscenely stronger than you in The Gamer verse, so he would be unlikely to even attempt such, especially since it would put him at such a disadvantage.

I'll have to come back to this later, as Strange is capable of transmutating the majority of Han's attacks, though they're infinite in number so he wouldn't be able to spam such. And it's unlikely that he would be able to transmutate his spirits or golems with artificial spirits, as both should be considered living creatures, even if magical or artificial in nature.
