The Eternal Magical Girl versus The Eternal Shrine Maiden, Regular Madoka with Window Reimu, without Fantasy Nature (Because picking that with Godoka is a great way to pissed off both side, and picking that with Regular is just too easy), speed equalize (for obvious reason), win when killed, defeated or incapacitated, both side ready to fight with a 24 hours limit. (for stamina)
Who would win? Personally I would picked Reimu, for her still superior strength.
 
On second thought, that's look like a stomp. You could shut it down if you think it's so.
