The mindhax for Hiraks is only 4D if he just boots Madara into the Ascendant Plane. Law and void have travel and void is predominantly defensive. Law's just tacked on to basically everything Hiraks does though, so maybe that one isn't just strictly travel time.

It's in the ascendant plane itself where Hiraks' abilities get crazier.

Well he didn't do it to the PC, but then again the PC pretty much stomped Hiraks and easily resists far worse, and being in the Ascendant Plane makes Hiraks actually killable. It'd mainly be through portals, though he did just shift an asteroid out of reality once.

Vague. Hiraks controls armies of Hive and Fallen. All Hive should have some inherent degree of resistance, particularly the Ogres which it was said Oryx would have trouble controlling if he couldn't just Take, but Hiraks has snagged a few of them.
