And even if you count the raids he can take at that tier, he needs help to get out, and takes some time to punch out of it on his own

Either way if he can break out Madara gets nuked

... At least he would if not for limbo forkery

actually, I think he does have minor resistance considering patrollers can break out of mindcontrol on their own by punching their mirror selves into submission in their mind, and even this patroller can pull it against the raid bosses they do fight in this key

... which sounds way more abstract then it actually is in game
