Powers and Abilities: Limited Attack Reflection (Reflect Ken's Hadouke), Enhanced Senses (Notice's a spy), Electricity Manipulation (Electricutes a woma. Blow away rock's), Energy Manipulation (Hit's a guy with a quick blast. Blow's a hole on a ceiling. Blast's Ryu), Paralysis Inducement (Stun's people), Resistance to Electricity Manipulation (Break's out being electrocuted by a cyborg and here), Poison and Transmutation (Immune to F.A.N.G's Poison which is able to turn normal people to dust)


Notable Attacks:

• Psycho Vanish: Bison swipes his hand in a slashing motion with infused Psycho Power.

• Hell Attack: A unique attack which propels Bison into the air, performing two punches infused with the Psycho Power. Can be used as a semi-counter for blocking certain attacks.

• Devil's Reverse: Bison leaps into the air towards the opponent. In some cases, he can throw a mid-air infused Psycho Power punch at the opponent.

• Psycho Punisher: Bison crouches down with his fingers "clawed" in a menacing way, jumps towards his opponent and stomps hard on the ground right below.

• Nightmare Booster: Bison makes his traditional "You're done!" throat-slicing gesture, and then proceeds perform two Double Knee Presses while shouting the Ultra Combo's name.

• Psycho Inferno: Bison raises his fist, casuing a pillar of Psycho Power to rise from the ground.

• Psycho Blast: Bison fires a powerful blast of the Psycho Power from his hand.

• Psycho Reflect: Attack that creates a min-vortex to absorb or reflect a projectile.

• Ultimate Psycho Crusher: M. Bison releases a large barrier of Psycho Power around him. Anyone hit within the blast is knocked into the air, where M. Bison charges a massive sphere of Psycho Power before charging with both hands, performing his signature attack and blasting his opponent into the wall. As his opponent spins on the wall and crumbles to the ground, M. Bison teleports back and laughs evilly at them.

I agree with most of this but I will say some of it does come from noncanon sources BUT he has shown the listed abilites in canon before so its not like he isn't capable of these.

SFV he can reflect projectiles

Alpha 3 has that too along with stun attack and electricity type attacks (although as final Bison)

and Street Fighter: Cammy Gaiden has him using and resisting electricity


Also preety sure his fighting style is his own self taught so that'd be a good add for skill and intelligence
