Ed has been released in SFVI and his dialogues in the world tour mode shed some more light in the functioning of Psycho Power.
For example, it is said that one of the ways used by M. Bison to obtain new bodies is through Psycho Power itself. We already knew it was the mean through which he brainwashed individuals and prepared spare bodies for occupation, but now we learn that he can passively do it to everyone who was bestowed with Psycho Power, unless they manage to resist him. Here Ed specifically refers to the nightmares he and Falke had before and after Bison's demise in SFV, which wasn't just an attempt of his ghost to take them over, but truly Bison's very will within the Psycho Power gnawing at his mind to wrest control over the body. Ed also warns the Player of such dangers.
This means that Bison can potentially return through any Psycho Power user who fails to resist him, and not simply as a disembodied ghost, as we've seen so far. Due to his essence being contained into the Psycho Power itself, he should receive Immortality type 8.
We also learn that Psycho Power is the source behind the various abilities granted to Ed's crew, including abilities copied from Dhalsim and enhanced intelligence, further cementing and expanding the Power Bestowal he already has.
These abilities shouldn't be extended to other users (JP, Ed, Falke...), as Psycho Power's abilities vary from person to person and require training, as exemplified by JP and Ed stating that replication Bison's brainwashing powers is just a possibility.
