Luke Skywalker vs Godzilla (composite)

If Luke is still a human being, shouldn't going up against Godzilla instantly give him radiation sickness and kill him regardless of the outcome? You should probably equalize speed as well. Godzilla has MFTL+ reactions compared to Luke's FTL+ reactions.
Godzilla has resistance or outright invulnerability to some of Luke's most potent abilities (spatial manip, hypnosis etc.) but may have difficulty with sub-atomic manip.
Also, reactive evolution gives Godzilla an easy upper hand here, I think. He has Toon Force, as well as resurrection and regen. I also see Luke having trouble against this set of powers: Holy Manipulation, Attack Reflection with his Aura, Life-Force Absorption. Even Luke's Emerald Lightning would likely be absorbed by Godzilla.
That said, I think the Big G takes it. Isn't the base gap between Star level and Large Star level+ rather large already? Luke does have a "likely much higher."

I didn't equalize speed because Luke's base speed is ABSURDLY higher than Godzilla's. Godzilla is only higher in reactions. I thought that Luke's telepathy would be a very powerful ability for him to use against Godzilla (it states that it is even able to kill).
