I see absolutely no reasons for Lugia to have that 6-C rating. Mostly because it's not even a key or anything, not even a "probably", it's just there as a comma stats with no reasons for its existence.

Not only that but Lugia's Dura is already at 6-B, and I see no reasons to ignores the Country Level calc.

I noticed this too, though the Country feat seems more like an "environmental damage" kind of thing, at least to me.

Even if that's the case it should be noted instead of being in limbo like that.

Although in this case, Lugia did this simply via flapping its wings (And such Gusts can be used as attacks in Pokémon so..)

I didn't think of that, fair enough. Yeah the 6-C should be removed, though the Island feat should be listed in his feats.
