I think you misunderstood

He is so weak that even if they try to just knock him off he would die the platforms don't help

If you mean everyone on the list alsongets erased because of ap thats not true

Everyone on the list has some way to survive long enough to use hax or their hax is fast enough to end the fight instantly

If you meant the combatants do then no only the killer of sans does

I also thought about that, but Instant Death is not just about killing people, it also includes good negation and destruction.

It's Mindhax should probably be good enough as it's stronger than Wendigo (Sekien no Inganock)'s whose own mindhax can turn others either insane or make a large number of people create a cult around it. Not only that but it's also potent enough to frighten others even with those who implanted themselves with things that strengthened their minds to counter or lessen mindhax like it as well as larger AoE.

...Probably have to update it on that at some point.

Just so you know, things like negating durability wont work here most of the time. Soul haxing someone kills them. It doesnt knock them off the stage. I think sans has gravity manipulation? But im not so sure how far he can do it or whether he can beat that guy with wings. Also nobody can kill sans either. They can only ring him out. Plus his gravity doesnt affect himself
