Lower tier characters who could solo the tournament of power

A character for each tier below low 2-C has to enter the tournament of power in dragon ball super and win singlehandedly.

Rules:

Same rules as the tournament. Knock out everyone in the ring without killing. Also dont get knocked out yourself. 45 minute time limit. The character has to eliminate everyone from the original roster and have a good chance in doing so and is following the rules to their ability. (being able to solo the verse is not a priority here).

The character will be a primary target.

The creator and azathoth are hosting the tournament (so no killing the host). Character gets erased forever if they get thrown out or dont eliminate everyone.

Speed equalised for everyone.

Also i would prefer for people to give reasons first. Since it is about whether they can ring everybody out before they get eliminated and not about whether they can hax everyone to death or anything.

Slenderman (101 Amazing Slenderman Facts) solos. While he'd have to take extra care not to die so he kills their opponent by turning into them, he can mindhax everyone who dosn't resist (And I don't think mindhax resistance is common in DB, but I might be mistaken)

Innominat should be able to, he passively mindhaxes everyone in the tournament and just tells them to jump off the stage or something, as his mindhax is planetary and thus above anything anyone there can resist.

Basic soulhax, except it ignores durability even against characters who take soul attacks as normal attacks. I don't think Sans could beat everyone, but he probably could beat some characters in the ToP, if he's lucky.
