Ultron should've learned hand to handI think the win conditions are this
Goku wins if:
- He gets up close and lands a major hit (Might not do this because of his want to see his opponent's max power)
- He activates Kaioken instantly and blitzes (Out of character)
- He lands a lucky Ki blast (Unlikley due to Ultron's energy absorbtion)
Infinity Ultron Wins if:
- He uses his hax instantly (Out of character)
- He survives long enough to realise the threat Goku is a threat and hax him out of existance. (Possible only if Goku plays into his character as normal)
- He spams his drones/ranged attacks to buy time/wear down SSB Goku (Which he has been shown to do before against the likes of Ego)
- He time loops Goku (Highly unlikely, but if he were about to die he might use it as a last resort to come back every tme he loses. Eventually Goku would wear out or get haxed)
Goku consitently lets opponents live to access more of their power, so him napping is not the only way Ultron could land his 1 hit kills or activate his hax.Goku's gonna skill stomp ultra man and then kamehameha, if he feels he's in danger through his multitude of senses then kaioken GG. The only way Goku loses is if he beats ultra man up then takes a 5 minute nap without finishing him off.

Goku will knock out or incapacitate his opponent if he feels that they are a visual threat.State of mind: In character, but willing to kill. The characters will employ their usual battle strategies, including flaws such as being casual, however, must be willing to kill the opponent even if they usually won't.
Furthermore characters will not give up of their own accord. That means a character that is uninterested or sees no chance of winning won't simply leave and characters wouldn't simply become friends with each other. This doesn't prevent a character being made to give up, because the other character manipulates them via things like, for example, mind control, fear inducement, psychological tricks or superhuman charisma.
That only applies tot he comics, not to the MCU Infinity StonesAlso Ultron not leading with haxs is very off color, as his hax may not be able to work in alternate realities (which seems to be the general rule in marvel)
I assume that you are voting Goku as well? That only applies tot he comics, not to the MCU Infinity Stones
Already didI assume that you are voting Goku as well?
Actually wasn't it stated that the stones only realy power him up/give him energy blasts outside of their effective universe? Because he didn't use the stone hax outside of his own verse or ones that applied to himself. Not that it means much as we already decided for fairness he wouldn't start with hax anyways. That only applies tot he comics, not to the MCU Infinity Stones
You can't knock out a robot. And by the time Ultron recovers even if he could be knocked out, he'll just insta kill Goku.Goku will knock out or incapacitate his opponent if he feels that they are a visual threat.
He used his hax in the fight against the watcher throughout the multiverse.Actually wasn't it stated that the stones only realy power him up/give him energy blasts outside of their effective universe? Well then I'll just show my 63 IQ out the door XD. But I think there was a word of god thing about it.He used his hax in the fight against the watcher throughout the multiverse.
Pretty sure this doesn't apply to the MCU Infinity Stones anywhere but in the TVA worldAlso Ultron not leading with haxs is very off color, as his hax may not be able to work in alternate realities (which seems to be the general rule in marvel)
