I think the win conditions are this

Goku wins if:

1. He gets up close and lands a major hit (Might not do this because of his want to see his opponent's max power)
2. He activates Kaioken instantly and blitzes (Out of character)
3. He lands a lucky Ki blast (Unlikley due to Ultron's energy absorbtion)

Infinity Ultron Wins if:

1. He uses his hax instantly (Out of character)
2. He survives long enough to realise the threat Goku is a threat and hax him out of existance. (Possible only if Goku plays into his character as normal)
3. He spams his drones/ranged attacks to buy time/wear down SSB Goku (Which he has been shown to do before against the likes of Ego)
4. He time loops Goku (Highly unlikely, but if he were about to die he might use it as a last resort to come back every tme he loses. Eventually Goku would wear out or get haxed)

Given it is in Goku's character to drag out fights, speed is equalized until x10 or x20, Ultron has the same ability to 1 shot kill without needing to be up close, and if worse were to happen he could time loop himself until he won, I see Infinity Ultron coming out on top here.

Goku consitently lets opponents live to access more of their power, so him napping is not the only way Ultron could land his 1 hit kills or activate his hax.

Actually wasn't it stated that the stones only realy power him up/give him energy blasts outside of their effective universe? Because he didn't use the stone hax outside of his own verse or ones that applied to himself. Not that it means much as we already decided for fairness he wouldn't start with hax anyways.

(Goku dragging out fights, His need to get up close to one shot, Infinity Ultron's time loop for worst case scenarios, his instant kill not needing to be up close, his cosmic awarness allowing him to know how much of a threat Goku is, his ability to wear Goku down with drones, Goku's limited stamina, and Infinity Ultron's energy absorbtion making Ki blasts useless/forcing Goku to get close in order to do anything really make a Goku win improbable)

Naturally depends on the conditions. If they're both bloodlusted then Goku is going to have the ultimate defeat. But if we're going by what the poster said about him using haxs when pushed to the edge, Goku will ironically destroy him considering his feat and abilities. Durability is nothing in this situation.
