Low 2-C or 2-C?

Hai :3. I have question: If a Low 2-C can affect only da time of multiple universes, does is still qualify for da 2-C tier? Like, it can't affect the space of multiple universes, but their timelines. Like past, present, and future of da universes but not da universes' matter. Can it be Tier 2-C?

Like a Multi-Universal time stop or something?

No. The requirement is to destroy or create all of the 4-D timelines.

For range, it will be Universal plus, but other than that no as they will not qualify as a solid 2-C until they were shown to created all 4D timelines or destroyed them from existence as @Donttalk said, I recall it being something like that.

Like changing da entirety of timelines. Or erase them completely.
Erasing the timeline would mean that you affect their space as well. It would obviously meet the destroy multiple timelines criteria.

Well Momo, let's say the entire setting is 5-D, so there are infinite universes. If the chatacter was able to change the timelines of multiple universes simultaneously, it may possibly qualify. 2-C is not a special tier where you have to affect all of the in order to qualify unless the setting is small. Mutli-Universal means just that, it's not 2-B where there are countless universes.
