Delta is 127.64 Megatons of TNT and 44.56 Metric Gigatons.
Spagmatron is baseline 7-A (100 Megatons of TNT) and baseline Class T (1 Metric Gigaton)

Delta has a 1.27x AP advantage and a 44.56x LS advantage.

I'm too lazy to look through FU Android and Plus-Droid's profiles to see what they can do. Delta starts with invincible teleportation (which should really be Elemental Intangibility) to get up close and deliver a barrage of electricity punches.

If we assume Spagm doesn't apply his high EXP-bar boosts into attacks/moves based on seeing Delta similarly strong as him, yeah.
and a 44.56x LS advantage.
If key2 Delta is used, I don't see the LS being such advantageous. Spagm has at least Class T, and can further amp his LS with Red Laser strength boosts if necessary.

He will still get stuck in lighting form at Spagm's Digi-shield, a red High 7-A forcefield activated around him whenever he fights. Before Delta can stack enough damage to shatter it (which will be far from instant, given all the defensive features the forcefield has), Spam will shortly charge and from his core crystal fire a core vacuum laser in Delta's direction. An enormous Red Laser ray vacuuming all terrain around for EXP, pulling things into it.

"At least" doesn't imply the character is 44 times stronger than their value, and a 5x amp would seem kind of ridiculous, let alone 44x.

Delta can easily teleport out of the shields and fire off shockwaves to destroy the shield from a distance. His enhanced senses would let him to the laser come from a mile away and dodge via teleportation.

Given how Red Laser output goes hand in hand with LS with strength boost, it's not out of the question 👀 Delta still seems to have big advantage in this

I meant a forcefield around Spagm himself, not letting Delta close to him. It will hold off against shockwaves for some time by redirecting some of them and discharging the damage it stacks overtime.

Would his senses register the immersing heat (vaporizing bodily layers of even stronger durability opponents), nerfed age manip (merged with the heat damage "glow", making Delta old with bigger exposure time), radiation, and sound manip (highly loud bass-like noise) all around the laser? Given how large and charged the beam is, this could make nearly half of the battlefield a dangerous ground to be on.

Delta can purposely get hit because he is healed by electricity.

Extreme heat is something Delta is all too familiar with (Terminator Stickman). Sound is also something he has experience with and know how to deal with (Stick Teddy, Terminator Stickman). Delta has enhanced senses on top of his speed amps and Teleportation. He'd be fine.

Does getting hit by his own attacks gain him extra energy or healing? There wont be much of them reflected

Valid points. Will Delta manage even if annoyed Spagm goes for a "doubled-sided" core vacuum laser, releasing the ray from his backside as well, and further starts spinning? With decent rotation, this has the potential to spam the battlefield (viz the top right mini image burning whole cities), and the heat-glow from this Delta would be exposed to still inflicts radiation and speeds up aging, despite not being able to cause direct heat damages.

Might point out that the double ray is decently energy consuming, but vacuumed things destroyed (buildings in the abandoned city) pay the energy back, Spagm can keep doing this for a long time.

Wdym? Getting hit by the electricity would help him recover injuries.

I have no idea what that is. It's not on Spagton's profile.

Delta can negate the laser with Shock Counter, which causes a massive electricity explosion with twice the power of the laser. Spagton shouldn't be able to block or dodge because the explosion is almost instantaneous. It's also guaranteed to cause paralysis for about 5 seconds. Delta will use this to his advantage and set up several Lightning Labyrinths, trapping Spagmatron in multiple cubes of electricity that shrink until Spagton is hit. The cubes are also guaranteed to paralyze and the previously mentioned ~5 seconds stacks, meaning Spagmatron will he paralyzed for around 15 seconds, which is more than enough for Delta to get up close and deliver multiple full power strikes that also cause paralysis, making Spagton completely unable to defend himself from Delta's onslaught.

Well I imagine it’s like Natsu eating his own fire, absorbing something you produced doesn’t seem it’d really benefit you. But if it’s different for Delta that’s fair ig since he’s basically a living battery.

He can do the same by intentionally striking himself with lightning. Also, you are questioning the physics of the verse where clothes are considered a luxury.

That's what I meant

It's in the image I linked twice before, called 'Twin Mode'. Given that Spagm's back isn't in the illustrations, it's not visible his core can be open from the back as well, delivering the ray on both sides.

So even if Spagm uses EXP boost to double the laser ray destructive power, the shockwave would double as well? I still don't see why the shockwave won't get vacuumed as energy, given that the 'core vacuum laser' is a 7-A vacuum cleaner for energy. As well Spagm still has his forcefield around him active and can summon a second one if the previous shockwaves will overcharge it given in a big duration of time.
It's also guaranteed to cause paralysis for about 5 seconds.
From level 2, FU Android have a minor resistance to Paralysis Inducement, it won't paralyze completely + more mentioned below:

If Spagm wasn't hungry for energy. The 80% Frogman Physiology (allowing a soul crystal to maintain an inorganic body similar to an organic one) has a unique property when the inorganic body charges with energy => the FU Android gets into a Charged State. Spagmatron has three charged states available for him (a third evolution), and the first one benefits from electricity
  • Charged State (electrical) - FU Android can use spare batteries in the soldier's body to activate 'electricity overdrive', grating greatly enhanced movement boost along with perfected reaction speed for some time. The full Charged State can be accessed by additional electricity consumption from other means, or by repairing itself with high energy charged material (or forming a new body from it). This grants an additional attacking power boost, combined with a stunning electricity aura around each attack to be used until all energy gets used up.
This means even if Delta's attacks still inflict somewhat paralyzation, it gets compensated with an immersing physical and mind speed boost. The electricity enhancement of Spagm's attacks won't be effective (as Spam clearly can see Delta's own attacks are healing him), so Spagm will use just half of the level1 Charged State and focus on his own one instead:
  • Laser Imprisoning - The counts of Red Laser Lines Charged State Spagamtron can manifest allows him to create literal prison gate walls, enhanced by the potential of Red Laser to repel anything back as if it were real super iron bars. Both offensive and defensive strategies can be applied.

  • Laser Nightmare - Spagamtron manifests thousands of dots in the area around him, then randomly connects them in small timings to create an unpredictable laser nightmare in the area around him. Maybe Spagamtron feels like his core crystal is a jewel others want to steal, and he cannot help but secure it with all the might he saw in robbery films.
How would Delta react to numerous "cell blocks" being manifested around him constantly while small circle points appear on the whole battlefield and connect with deadly thin lasers randomly at random speeds? He can "teleport" out of the cells, but sooner or later he will be hit by the lasers, as their count and unpredictability could overwhelm his enhanced senses, given that he has to escape new and new cells "trapping" him.

^mentioned above, and there are still the digishields, damage reductions, and healing. But won't deny that the full power strikes (melee-based) would tear Spagm apart given enough time, but Spagm's minor paralysis resistance and ways of benefiting from electricity running into his body reduce this wincon-likehood noticeably.

Yes, that's how it works.
I still don't see why the shockwave won't get vacuumed as energy, given that the 'core vacuum laser' is a 7-A vacuum cleaner for energy.
Electricity, which is energy, is literally Delta's only method of attack. If Spagton absorbs energy, Delta has no wincons.

Delta has wincoins if he doesn't try to compete with the 'core vacuum laser' directly but goes with as much melee (powered with his energy) possible from the sides to get through the digishield and cause damage. Spagm's body (outside feet and arm ends) doesn't have any absorption means, as well the digishield, stockpiling damage until it temporally deactivates.

Paralyzation is still inflatable this way, Spagm has methods to prolonge it and lower the odds of pulling this out till the end, but no means to defend absolutely.

Alright, let's say the explosion is absorbed and Spagton has forcefields up. Delta will spam Lightning Labyrinths to take down the forcefields as well as restrict Spagton's movement, making Delta able to get some lightning strikes in for even more damage to the forcefields, which should be enough to take them down.

If it's only minor, it should still paralyze for 2 seconds at least.

All of this still makes the match look very one-sided. I'm not sure if Delta can really do anything here.

The cubes also show to be a good counter-attack to the Digi-shields, there is a way to get at Spagm, dealing damage to him however comes with the price of fueling his Charged State

Spagm FRA, yet Delta's moves proved to have a high versatility
