Lord Tirek vs Popeye

I'm gonna say yes.
 
Inconclusive or Tirek neither can kill the other in acceptable time frame, or Tirek can maybe incapacitate Popeye eventually
 
Tirek via bfr. Or just trapping him in a bubble. Or by just knocking him out? Or is that no longer a thing? And since when does low godly make Popeye win? Ever heard of incon?
 
Popeye. He has no magic for Tirek to drain, he can keep regenerating and gradually wearing Tirek down, and even if Tirek were to banish him to Tartarus, I highly doubt that Cerberus or the gates could keep Popeye imprisoned. He'd probably be out of there in a minute. After that, it would just be a matter of returning to the battlefield, and given his speed, that wouldn't take long.
 
I'm going with Pops FRA. Seems to be way more powerful. Also, sure he lacks the AP, but he makes up with powers that Tirek cannot nullify or take.
