Both have prior knowledge and will use everything in their arsenal and tricks to win. Fitting, don't you think?

Inconclusive. With speed equalized Loki would easily be able to outmanouvre and overwhelm Madara with his far superior hax. However, with speed unequalized Madara's far superior speed would give him the win.

1. Loki, he has to much hax for Madras 2. Still Loki, even though Madras has higher speed, Loki's Telepertaion, Intagilibity, and Rescruaction (of himself) should even the speed gap out

Teleportation and intangibility need to be activated, making them ineffective against a faster foe, and Madara's infinite Tsukiyomi makes Loki's resurrection ineffective as well, especially as he won't be fast enough to intercept him.
