Little Additions to Ren

Ren can stop time to selected targets while in EFF/EFO, as he showed both in his fights with Machina and Eleonore. So, yeah, this will affect Schreiber and give the Commanders Time Manip Resistance, since the three can resist it even while not at full power.

The stagnation of Rens EFF did affect them but they were of course not immediately slowed down right away if not slowed down so maybe have limited time slow/stop resistance should work? I'm sure the case with Machina on the time stop is different it I'm not on a computer to type what I assume of that case.

Also speaking of time slow, the VN in ENG literally stated that the time slow of EFF even got them to a halt of sorts so wouldn't that count as a form of time stop eventually but not outright immediately?

Time slow for far areas, immediately time stop in a small area around Ren.

And said time slow is so strong that is close to time stop.

All the Commanders resisted in their fight against Ren, even when they weren't at full power.
