Your question goes back to basically the beginning of battleboarding in general, not just how this particular wiki determined his tier. The truth is, in a pure numerical sense, even planet and solar system level feats are gigantic outliers for any high-tier DC or Marvel character.

Years ago people just sort of settled on solar system level because there were enough clear-cut feats to avoid the "wank" stigma and achieve the "consistency" meme. And it's been that way ever since.

I have never, in years of lurking and posting on various forums, seen an actual, honest-to-god analysis of Post-Crisis Superman's entire feat history without any purposeful wank or downplay. It's an extremely hard thing to do.

Because quite frankly, it just sounds so asinine to me, that there has to be more context to it other than supes and flash just happen to move that fast automatically in that story.

Okay, just found a video on youtube of a guy named SosaPotence 300 who went over seth's video including the 'negative time' feat which surprise surprise, isn't even what seth claimed it was. Idiot didn't even look at the scan that made it blatantly clear that all they did was travel back in time, in a joint effort with their kinnetic energy. Nothing about moving so fast he showed up before he even left.

same thing you can find many out of context scans in the whole several decades worth of comics but when you dig it up you will find context about it......it s easy to claim anything based on one offhand scan

There was a guy in one of the Facebook groups I used to frequent named Andrew Sosa. He eventually became notorious in the group (and some others) for being seriously unreliable when it came to VS stuff in particular, both for wanking some characters and downplaying others.

He was also a real asshole back then, but to be fair, a lot of people in that group were. Myself included.

EDIT: I found Sosapotence300's Twitter, and he's 100% the same guy.

Thanks for enlightening me. Though to be fair to him in that video, when he did show some of the same scans that seth showed in his video, he just straight up shows off the panels to prove seth either didn't look at them, or was just being an idiot. I can atleast give him credit for those, though I could've done without the repeated moments in his video where he kissed seth's ass just so his fans wouldn't come after him for disagreeing with him.
