They fight on Hyrule

Both are bloodlusted

Both have the Master Sword and The Triforce of Courage

They have EVERY SINGLE ITEM THEY USED IN THEIR GAMES

While both characters have the same speed and AP, Link (LttP) is able to upgrade his master sword, twice. Not sure about the fire and ice rods and their speed, but it's probable that their attack travels faster than arrows.

While I am not sure about their movement speed, in physical combat, I would give the edge to LttP Link due to the golden sword. Light arrows from OoT Link won't hurt LttP Link that much either.

Basically what Starf said, due to the Golden Sword and Fire/Ice Rod I would give the slight edge to LttP Link in combat.

I personally feel LttP Link is the strongest Link when the Triforce is not considered, at least in a Link specific Battle Royale because of his ridiculous inventory.

OoT Link has the Nayru's Love, thay should be able to deflect the attacks and should be even be able to bounce the Fire Rod's fire with his Master Sword like he did with Ganon... but yeah, that doesn't avoid LttP from doing the same

A Link to the Past Link takes this without much problem due to the Earthquake Token and Golden Master Sword.
