idk much about Bob, but can he kill an A.T.P?

This is out of date. Bob has since gotten a 9-A buff. So he slaps their A.T.P form with ease. Though I could bump them to thier small building tier

And I don't see why he couldn't kill them. Not like they have any regen or durability he couldn't bypass. He is strong enough
