Inconclusive. Tatsumaki can't permanently take him out. Lille can't bypass Tats' defense likely.

Oh yeah, forgot he's that guy who does that. I adjust instantly assumed he started light bird form.
Though if bloodlusted Tats will likely rip him apart first thanks to range advantage. But then that wouldn't work well and then it ends up as an infinite battle.

Any form of Lille with wing can x-axis from his wing(and thus better at speed bliz ppl) and doesn't need to do that with his sniper.
