Let's See How This Goes (Oryx vs The Quiet Deviless)

So it's looking like Oryx will be getting that acausality bump. Can TQD affect things like that?

Why is math beyond causality now?

Not "Math" as in how humans percieve it, I mean the numerical/logical concepts we percieve as being "Mathematical"

This is a type 2 concept

It's actually type 4

Does said nonexistent have any counter to being coerced out of nonexistence and then being affected?

To elaborate on what he's saying here: The Darkness isn't always aggressive in its mindhax. It'll demonstrate the greatness one can achieve if they're taken, stripping away all their fears, inhibitions, and other negative emotions, leaving the target in a state of uninhibited bliss. Contrary to what was initially thought by the Vanguard, the Taken aren't in a constant state of pain. They are in a constant state of abject ecstasy. As such, most just end up serving the darkness of their own will. It is through this that Taking can sorta bypass regular mindhax resistance if necessary, as if the victim accepts being Taken I don't think they're really gonna try to resist.

No

That's not mind hax

That's literally going "Yo if you let me do this you become better", just that the person talking is The Deep

Also Oryx has void manip aplenty iirc

Taking as a whole > Vex Gorgons that can erase people across the Vault of Glass, which contains at least trillions of timelines

Whether it can affect nonexistent beings is irrelevant with it's coercion effect

Oryx never had 2-B hax, at all

Salt's hax >>> Oryx hax, and Quiet Deviless can give him the middle finger despite being far weaker

Will get back to this and amakasu in a bit, though I will say that an integral part of the ability to Take is the erasure of beings that are then brought back in the thrall of the Darkness and Oryx. That he can reforge a being that he had erased immediately before would indicate he can affects dudes that don't exist.

I can get the VoG thing up in a bit, but it is already compared to Gorgons which are already explained to erase stuff from the VoG and reality.

I can't think of a single file that goes "This location has x universes" for its hax.

Take can't destroy a 2-B structure, but it's superior to something that has the range of a 2-B structure
