Ganon can kill with a glare, but with a thought Keishirou can create 1A spikes that instantly one shot him and bypass his regenerating.

Uhh, excuuuse me princess but only the Master Sword can defeat Ganon, 1-A hax is worthless against him.
 
Considering the reasons above and the fact that Ganon has teleportation as well as a variety of projectiles to screw with Kenny, I'll vote Ganon for now.

It should be well within SBA (or even above), meaning his stakes can cross 4km

keishirou FRA and the fact tenma can AOE which can affect 1-A BS so yeah he'll get killed by the AOE
