I don't know, tho considering ideas were responsible for the creation of everything and are everything, and new ideas are essentially new concepts, it's possible

And all Legos are ideas.....
Oof
Ok:

We have to at least determine what are ideas in Lego universe, because if they are made of information, they are closer to SMT Demons, who are incorporeal Type 2 Abstratcs. An example of this is the overlord: while he embodies a concept, and he cannot truly die as long as it exists, he can be interacted without altering said concept, and hebcan even be damaged and defeated.

If those ideas are actually concepts, that's a Type 1 Abstracts, like Madoka Kaname: she is literally a living concept, and you have to effect her concept to well... even remotely effect her.

Basially Kaltias made a more detailed bloge:

I think from what I've seen the Nexus could be type 1, while the rest are just type 2, and are simply made of ideas. The Nexus was only corrupted because it was overwhelmed with pure, chaotic ideas which made it the Maelstrom

Hmm... Okay, so the Nexus is either responsible for all imagination or is made up of it. I would be able to say more about it, but finding stuff is hard

Wait what
Yup:

It's a weapon, so it doesn't scale to durability, and it's not really suable for offensive means.

Before you say that it's just time manipulation, it's kind of unlikely, because other entities' movements aren't accelerated by it.

Also, it's not the Earth to move, it's actually the sky and the stars. You can go at the edge of the map, and it's actually the sun and the stars that are moving.

So yeah, it's probably a High 4-C feat.

Assuming he has all the powers of any lego ever, then he would be most definitely the most versatile, though probably not the strongest: Hades and Pontos have Conceptual Erasure, and then there are SMT's 2-Cs, which are extremely potent.

Forgot about SMT. Though not actually sure how he'd match up to Saint Seiya.

Plot Manipulation, Data Manipulation, Gravity Manipulation, Spatial Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Power Nullification, Morality Manipulation, Flight, Magic, Physics Manipulation, from Unikitty alone.

Galactus doesen't even have Mid Godly Regenerationn, at ABSOLUTE best he's just stronger than bobobo and weaker than literally every 2-C with mid godly.

@Zach

SMT demons are very high into 2-C and have High-Godly regen which far outclasses any type of standard Conceptual Erasure. Their hax is also not to be underestimated.

@Paulo

Galactus is very strong, though depending on what type of Abstract Entity Nexus is, Galactus may not be able to take him down (using only his 2-C stuff).
