He apparently doesn't count since he's not primarily a combatant. I brought him up in the first page of the thread.

I would've brought up other Durarara!! characters but their profiles are a bit barebones and lacking IMO and none of them are exactly not skilled.
Even Shizuo, who is infamous for inhuman strength, is still very skilled in fighting. I was thinking of bringing up Masaomi, but he's skilled enough to fight against characters that can squash his skull.

Naofumi is, in reality, very skilled as a fighter. He legit moves with enemies and anticipates the movements of the people he fights, which is how he's so good at defending his teammates from attacks, he also can reflect attacks with pure skill (Bashing the attack with the right amount of force and calculating trajectory to make it go back toward the opponent).

Spoiler: Another skill feat

To give an idea of his true offensive combat skill, the first time he used a sword, he could perfectly copy the movements he saw other people use before and outskill a hero using them, despite never actually using a sword before, not even practicing with one.

Granted, those feats probably aren't as focused on or elaborated on in the anime.

He just has a low offense rating and virtually no attack skills (Skills meaning abilities), so his talent is only really useful defensively (Which he still is very good at).

Saying Naofumi has no skill because he has trash tier AP, is like saying Saitama is superskilled because he AP stomps everyone.
