It actually would. He can override her Regenerationn via his powers. All witches are on an similar hax level, no reason to assume that other witches just happen to have been hax tiers than the other . So, each are just 1-A. So...

Attack, regnerate. Attack, regenerate. This is what will happen for eternity . Even IF GEoM can even kill her physical manifestation ( Which due to the fact she can appear in any finite dimension, it is unlikely ) , he has no way of truly killing her fully, so this will last without an victor.
