Stomp. No matter what dimension GEoM is in, he has no evidence of being anywhere near infinite dimensional, regardless of his casual feats. Plus that and the fact he has no way of killing her completely ( unless he gets an 1-A power-up out of nowhere ) , he is just delaying the inevitable.

I'm in agreement. There simply isn't a way for the God Emperor to ever put the Witch of Certainty down permanently even being generous, it's a stomp.
