Actually this is SBA so Kumagawa just breaks his hopes and dreams before bookmakering him so it goes like this:

Accel kills kumagawa, kumagawa comes back then dies a few more times let's say and then realizes he uses vectors, so he just erases his powers and whatever he was aiming then he ends up having his mind fuked and suffers the same fate as Ezumachi. #RipEzumachi.

This is a bit unfair as Accel doesn't have a way to kill Kumagawa, but Kumagawa has.

pretty sure Screw Boi stomps. Time Stop blitz gets around any of Accel's vectors, and that is 100% in character for him to do. if that does somehow fail, then he just goes for Book Maker, as he did against that Style User, so it is on character
