Okay, time for the revision of the best Kamen Rider of all time... Kamen Rider! Black!

Black and Battle Hopper


Powers and Abilities
The first thing is his powers and abilities addition, here it is:

-Statistics Amplification: He can amp his attacks to greater extent, such as Rider Punch and Rider Kick, he uses this powers in every episodes.

Feat: Black amp his Punch and Kick (at 21.00)

This technique is strong enough to one-shot enemies that overpowered Black himself.

Feat: Baraom easily overpowered Black (at 12.49), but when Black have a chance to use Rider Punch and Rider Kick, he easily one-shotted Baraom. (at 15.23)

-Fire Manipulation: When he use Rider Punch and Rider Kick, his punch and kick covered in flame. (Video above)

-Summoning: He can summons Battle Hopper, Road Sector and Satan Saber to aid him in battle.

Tiering
Kamen Rider Black gonna have two keys, the first key is Pre-Resurrection, the second key is Post-Resurrection as he's stronger after his death and resurrection.

The first key would be 8-A, due to his fight against Darom. Darom can destroys multiple city blocks . And higher with Rider Punch and Rider Kick

The second key would be High 6-A, possibly much higher, due to this calc , however it could be either way between surface wiping explosion and planet explosion, this makes him get "possibly much higher". And of course, higher with Rider Punch and Rider Kick.

It would go like this:

Tier: 8-A, higher with Rider Punch and Rider Kick | High 6-A, possibly much higher. Higher with Rider Punch and Rider Kick

Attack Potency: Multi-City Block level (Fight against Darom, who can destroys multiple city blocks ), higher with Rider Punch and Rider Kick (His Rider Punch and Rider Kick are strong enough to one-shot enemy that overpowering him) | Multi-Continent level, possibly much higher Due to this calc . However, it could be either way between surface wiping explosion and planet explosion). Higher with Rider Punch and Rider Kick

Striking Strength: Multi-City Block Class, higher with Rider Punch and Rider Kick | Multi-Continent Class ,possibly much higher. Higher with Rider Punch and Rider Kick

Durability: Multi-City Block level | Multi-Continent level, possibly much higher

And his intelligence would be: Very high, quickly infiltrated many Golgom's plans with small information. A genius fighter who can overcomes nearly every situations, also have some knowledge of chemistry.

I am not sure. I suppose that most of this seems fine, even if it could have been structured better.

However, it is best if you ask other staff members to comment here as well. Just avoid asking Azathoth, Ryukama, Matthew, and Promestein, as I tend to ask them quite a lot.

Why you replace 5A black with 6A ? Did you just watch episode 50 where Creation King can destroy multiple planet despite his weak state .

I agree with you about Black many ability but disagree for downgrade him into 6A .

It's either High 6-A or much higher than 5-A. The calc use surface wiping explosion, while it's may be the planet itself, that's why I put "possibly much higher" in his tier.

It's just low-ball.This is as low-balled as it gets. If someone can calc the 20 planets explodes at once, it would be "High 6-A, possibly (planet destruction tier)", but so far we only have High 6-A calculation. Please understand.

Asdfg55544 already asks Mr. Bambu for high-ball calculation, though we don't know if he would do it.

You can look at the calc here . But do not disturb him.
 
Maybe Mid-Low

Mid-Low: The ability to heal wounds that would normally leave large scars, such as severe burns or deep injuries. For machines and vehicles, this would be regenerating damage that would normally leave large dents and openings.

He regenerates a large dents from Satan Saber.
 
Since two admins have accepted this, I think that it can be applied.
