That's only listed under his abilities as the God of death, and as I pointed out, he even did stuff like changing what people were saying after the fact, which isn't really brainwashing

i dont think that a human can use "mach whispers" and cause others to totally be under ones influence XD

i would say brainwashing is one of GoDs powers but korosensei seems to have mind-control to low-mid level, he controlled their thoughts and even put images into their minds (even directed their dreams) ^_^
