The question was 'does the 5-C scale to Aang's Koizilla form only or does it also scale to Avatar state'. I'm explaining that it scales to both.

That was after Aang absorbed La. Basically, Aang is saying he's as powerful as ever (not more powerful) in the Avatar State after incorporating him. So it was barely an amp for the Avatar State, and the Avatar State is therefore comparable to Koizilla's 5-C.

hmm wouldn't that suggest that Koizilla is 2x Moon's GBE though, since his base avatar state is 5-C and La is 5-C as well?
