Koichi Hirose Revision (Specifically Act 3) - Part 1 of maybe 2?

Ive noticed that the fandom page talking about Act 3 is kind of vague and I wanted to try and help clear up a few things about the stand so we could get a clear understanding on its power and abilities. (I will discuss this at a later time but making things heavier isnt the only ability that act 3 has but thats for another time.) Yoshikage Kiras durability is known to be building level and by using Three Freeze koichis stand easily sank Sheer Heart Attack into the pavement rendering it pratically unable to move while Jotaros stand Star Platinum was unable to keep SHA pinned down or really damage/effect it in any way. In part 5 Echoes Act 3 gets a damage upgrade as its power stat goes from a B to an A. Act 3 is easily able to stop and sink the tires of a moving car into the pavement without even touching it. When Koichi and Girono get into a real confrontation Koichi attacks the tree which Giorno makes and all living things created by Golden Experience send the attack back to the attacker and Koichi is sent straight into the pavement. Giorno later points out that he noticed Koichi was holding back on that attack which would mean Act 3 can do much more than send someone into the concrete at full power.
