This is basically Hulkbuster vs Hulk again

Hulk gets angry to the point that his AP boosts even higher before proceeding to beat the ever loving hell out of Tatsumi's armor.

Tatsumi does have the skill, intelligence and the flight advantage, but Hulk's AP and his ability to get stronger the angrier it gets is a huge issue.
