Okay I just wrote this already and the site deleted it for seemingly no reason. So i'll probably shorten it a bit.
Probably Kizumonogatari spoilers.
Nevermind the fact that the page url is for Shinobu and it's not about her-
This page is about Kiss-shot in her prime. A good way to discern the power of her forms is by the age in which she appears, each form is exponentially stronger than one where she appears younger. Shinobu appears as an 8 year old, Kiss-shot without limbs appeared 10, with one leg she appeared 12, with 2, she appeared 14, With her arms back she appeared 17, and after she got her heart back she appeared in her prime at 27..(even though she is 597 years old at this point.)
But building level? Subsonic? Even Shinobu who is not a speck on the radar to what Kiss-shot is- is beyond building level. She was able to jump into the air with such force she went past the clouds and blew humanoids away as well as part of a nearby shrine with the shockwave..thought not all too impressive. Okay so Kiss-shot also had a few jumps in her lifetime, when she jumped to japan first she landed in a pond hard enough to throw all the water into the air where it stayed for minutes before coming down as rain- people coming over the hill saw a woman standing where a pond use to be before it started raining and thus figured she was a spirit or god come to answer their prayers and fix their draught, an incarnation of the pond that use to be there.. Again- not impressive, but skip many years ahead and she's in antartica. She jumps to japan from here and it's stated in narration that she almost destroyed the continent with the recoil of her leap. The continent of antartica. That's a big place. This was a casual jump to her after 100s of years of being without food. I think that warrants more than building level. She's at least building level with just her eye power alone.
And subsonic? I expect some of you have seen Kizumonogatari part 2- it's out and anyone should be able to download it. But in the final fight with Guillotine cutter- Koyomi completely blitzs him. He runs past parked cars so fast that seconds after he's past them his shockwave where he has broken the sound barrier washes over and they fly through the air. Koyomi was never even close to as fast as Kiss-shot in her prime was. He could not even make her movements out when she jumped to him. If he's faster than sound- shouldn't Kiss-shot be as well?...
And you can probably bump up her strength as well, considering Koyomi before getting use to his vampire powers and realizing his full potential lifted a field roller filled with water above his head with a single hand. These rollers weigh at minimum 1200 lbs. And Kiss-shot is incomparably stronger than Koyomi was at this point.
