I think it's a stalemate.

Uvogin's an Enhancer who probably has the advantage in physical strength, so his raw attack power is theoretically superior. His durability is nothing to be laughed at, considering his Zetsu state could tank Gyo/Ko attacks from Kurapika's peak condition. Uvo is more intelligent than people like to acknowledge. It would be very difficult for Kite to put Uvogin down in H2H Nen combat.

But everything about Kite would give Uvogin a lot of trouble. When feats/statements about Kite are put together, Togashi seemed to have indicated that Kite is a better Nen user than Knuckle and Shoot. Knuckle and Shoot were portrayed as relative to each other, and were absolutely embarrassing Gon and Killua with physical abilities alone. Yet when Knuckle and Shoot 2v1’d Kite’s Manipulated corpse that operated like a machine, and was probably just using techniques like Gyo, they considered him a tough adversary that needed to be trapped via their abilities and wounded. And this is probably an unpopular opinion, but I think Kite's physical strength would be superior to Knuckle's. They were both holding back throughout their interactions with Gon and Killua, but Kite was holding back more. Knuckle was at least throwing hands with Gon and Kil. All Kite was doing was defeating Chimeras with no trouble, yet it was enough for Gon to view his physical strength as equal to Knuckle's. Not only that, but his endurance/stamina is amazing. He fought Pitou after his arm was cut off, and can mask 45-meter En with In.
