I feel like Strange seems to take this, especially since Kiss-Shot has no way to reverse BFR.

How exactly does the BFR work? Shinobu can undo temporal BFR.

Portal to where? Another period of time? Another place on Earth? An Earth in another universe? Into the middle of space? Into some special barebones dimension?
 
Dark dimension or other dimension(He can open portals to the other 9 realms, but mostly when he uses BFR it is to return the garbage to Dormammu)
 
What's the deal with the dark dimension? Kiss-shot would probably be able to return from other dimensions with Earth-like things.

near power null (some powers doesn't work like it normally should but that does not mean that they are all turned off, idk if we allow dormmamu to enter the fight.)

well, I think it will be difficult, most of the living beings in the Dark dimension are Mindless.

So stranger wincon is TK, precog and portal/BFR
 
Yeah I think Strange's got the more likely win then.
