Also strange starts with precog or well, mostly it is presented that he used it in the program (the wars for the gems, , the fight against ultron, the Hulk and his friends arriving at his house, maybe in the Secret wars and other Examples)
 
stranger also spends his time floating away and sending spell spam, plus he couldn't restrict it with TK and bfr?
 
I vote Doctor Strange from the bad Avenger's show. This part is kind of a stretch but: He precogs and then finds a way to take care of the loli
