So basically

A kid with a glowstick who's slightly superhuman versus apes that are not only likely stronger, but also have the ability to use gorilla warfare (Typo intended) and actual weapons

s e e m s l e g i t

Let's not kid ourselves

I just didn't want to pull a weekly and argue for hundreds of posts about how a spy with actual firearms, combat training and several other things would absolutely sheit down the throat of a nerd with a glowstick

To be fair that nerd with a glowstick also has 2 years of combat experience in life & death senarios and formal kendo training for years early in his life and later in his life via help from his sister.

But yeah Bond would still be too much if he had equipment + experience advantage.

How does the ability to wield a sword help you when you're basically bare handed

He uses martial arts too, so.

But that doesn't really make a difference in the Bond fight or here.
