I'm legitimately wondering why fanfictions (SCP) that are "good enough" get accepted as legitimate enough to warrant profiles here.

No they dont, SCP-Containment Breach isnt canon to the SCP lore in general and none of the SCPs here use feats from Breach

SCP-173's durability feat comes from an instance from containment breach I thought, including the fact that it can ram through bullet proof glass.

As well with SCP-106's portal creation and possible teleportation.

Because someone told me if an efficient formula was used to portray SCP, it's canon, I don't understand that.
