King of Hell vs The Blue Lightning of Vollachia (Roronoa Zoro vs Cecilus Segmund)

Zombie Ryuma doesn't inherit any of the skill of his human body, only the enhanced strength of the corpse. His skills are still, ultimately, taken from the shadow’s owner like any other zombie.
He has the same skill, but not the same skillset.
Because of the shadow of Brook, his swordsmanship when he engaged Zoro was very different from that of before his death.
it would be like zoro using axes or something similar kinda

And the corpse isn't using his full strength
He shows a physical ability that far surpasses that of the owner of the shadow. He showed a glimpse of the power of the undefeated great swordsman!

He also blocked a goken attack implying he's able to do it as well in zombie form

Your quote only proves my point. His swordsmanship is different because he's not actually using the techniques or skills of the original Ryuma. He's using Brook's. All his named techniques are either directly taken or derived from Brooks, down to having the same names.

Not really? Because Ryuma was still using HIS sword. He just doesn't actually have the knowledge the original Ryuma did. This isn't a problem with different weaponry, Zombie Ryuma is fundamentally a different person.

That last quote isn't really relevant. I don't think Zombie Ryuma is literally as strong as alive Ryuma. His techniques are just enhanced by the corpse's superior strength.

Zoro literally says he has the same mind, clearly talking just to talk because you don't wanna be wrong at this point

Used HIS sword as a fencing weapon (Google what those look like) so yee the comparison still works

His techniques are different... His skills are not.

I'm gonna be completely deadass, I don't know how you can be so confidently wrong here.

Zoro only mentions he has the mind of a warrior. That doesn't mean he was at all the same as what he was in life.

Brook confirms they have the same personality

Ryuma confirms that he and Brook "think alike"

To argue that Ryuma and Zombie Ryuma are similar is frankly, stupid. And fundamentally not how shadows work in any other context in the manga.

His techniques are different... His skill are not.
Dude? what?

Brook literally confirms they use the same style. His techniques are the SAME. the ONLY difference is that Ryuma is better at them due to his naturally stronger body.
